The package has its own code while retaining its parent project link and the scope awarded to the subcontractor.
- Open Projects → Add project; set Project kind to Subcontract package.
- Enter Project name, Parent project, Subcontractor name, Awarded scope and Promised date.
- Review the details, then select Create package.

Check the supplier and prepared records before starting the package.
- Open the package and check its supplier.
- Select Activate package and confirm in the form.

Handover: Supervisor → Accountant
Allocate the cost to the correct package. Record supplier/invoice details in the reason because the form currently has no attachment field.

Closing a package is a decision with a reason. Completing it rolls its direct costs up to the parent project once.
- Open the package and select Complete package or Cancel package according to the actual outcome.
- Enter the reason and confirm.
- If overdue without a decision, leave it Active; Cancelled does not roll costs up to the parent.

Complete the task
Results & checks
- Planned → Active → Completed / Cancelled.
