How we work

      You share requirements

      Fifteen to thirty minutes. You describe the problem, we ask what the system has to do.

      We visualise the solution

      A design, a clickable prototype, or a working demo on real code.

    3. 3

      Plan and quotation

      We agree the plan with you and quote the price. Changes are made before anything is signed.

      Contract and deposit

      Scope written down, price fixed against it. A deposit starts the work.

    2. 5

      We build, demo and complete

      You see working software every week and say what to change.

      Approval process

      We hand you a system we have already tested. Nothing deploys until you have approved it.

      Deploy and launch

      Server setup, data migration, go live. Cutover planned so your current system stays available.

      Warranty

      One year by default, up to three on development projects. Same team, bugs fixed, no extra charge.

    3. 9

      Maintain and grow

      New features, upgrades and support when you want them, on a separate agreement.
