1. Agreement

2. Services
WeebPal provides software development services including web development, web application development, AI solutions, and ongoing support. All project terms are defined in individual service agreements.
3. Source code, warranty and confidentiality on client projects
The agreement for each project governs that project. In summary, this is how we contract:
- Source code. On a client build, the client receives the system and its source code, and custom work is the client's from the first commit. When a system starts from one of our platforms, the client receives the whole running system and its source code as well. The detail is in you own what we build.
- Warranty. Development projects carry a warranty of one year by default, up to three years, covering defects in what we built and applying the security releases of Drupal core and contributed modules while it runs. What it covers and excludes is in the warranty policy.
- Confidentiality. We sign a mutual NDA before requirements are shared, when you ask for one.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WeebPal or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
WeebPal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
