Who we are
This website is run by WeebPal Technology Corporation ("WeebPal", "we"), Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We decide how the personal data described here is used. For anything in this policy, write to [email protected].
What we collect when you contact us
The Get in touch form is the only form on this site. When you send it, we store:
- your name and email address, and, if you give them, your company, industry and phone or WhatsApp number;
- the type of request you chose, your answers to its follow-up questions, your message, and any budget range or call time you selected, with your time zone;
- how you reached the site: the page you first landed on and, when the link carried them, the campaign source, medium and name. We record these to learn which pages and channels bring enquiries.
We use this to reply to you, to prepare any proposal you ask for, and to manage the work that may follow. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
There is no account to create and no newsletter. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your data.
Who else handles it
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon Simple Email Service, Singapore region) delivers the email that tells our team about your enquiry.
- Google reCAPTCHA checks that the form is sent by a person rather than a program. It runs on pages that show the form and sends information about your browser and how you use the page to Google, under Google's own privacy policy and terms.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics measure how the site is used, only as described under Cookies below.
Some of these providers process data outside Vietnam, including in the United States.
Cookies and similar storage
Necessary storage keeps the site working and is always on: it remembers the cookie choice you make, and it carries the confirmation from the contact form to the page that follows it.
Analytics cookies are off until you allow them. On your first visit a banner asks whether you accept Google Analytics. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies, with names starting with _ga, to count visits and see which pages help visitors. If you reject, or make no choice, no analytics cookies are set; your browser still sends Google limited signals without cookies, such as the page viewed, so that overall visit numbers can be estimated. These signals carry no identifier for you.
Your choice is kept on your device for six months, and then we ask again. You can change it at any time from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Choosing Reject after you have accepted removes the analytics cookies already set.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and to manage any work that follows. When you ask us to delete it, we do, unless part of it must be kept to meet a legal obligation. Google Analytics keeps its data for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to restrict or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw your consent to analytics at any time. Write to [email protected]. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Security
We protect personal data with technical and organisational measures suited to the risk, including encrypted connections to this site and access to enquiries limited to the people who handle them.
Changes to this policy
When what we collect, or who handles it, changes, we update this page and the date at the top, and we ask for your cookie choice again when the change affects analytics.
