We use AI every day, and it has made our team far more efficient. What has not changed is how we work: done properly, on time and under warranty.
If what we have built for you has earned your trust, it is what we have done for many products since 2012. That is why we are asking for your help: an introduction to someone who needs a website, a web application or a development team. We hope it helps not only us, but also the person you know.
The WeebPal Appreciation Program is how we say thank you. We would not presume to pay you for a recommendation. What we can give is what we do best: our team’s work, as Development Credits for your own website, web application or idea.
How we say thank you
Everyone receives the same thanks: Development Credits worth 20% of the development payments we receive from the organisation you introduce.
For example: if they invest $10,000 in development with us, we set aside $2,000 of our development work for you.
- Our work, kept for you. $1 of credit covers $1 of our development services. Credits are never paid out as money: they are there so we can build something for you.
- No expiry. Use your credits when your idea is ready, whether that is your own website, a web application or new features for a system you already run.
- No closing date. Payments for their later work with us also add credits.
Who can join
Everyone is welcome. You do not need to be a WeebPal client or to have a project with us. If you know someone who needs a website, a web application or development support, you can introduce them.
How it works
- Make the introduction. Tell us who they are and what they need, or copy us into an email to them.
- They decide freely. They choose whether to work with us, and we agree their requirements, contract and delivery with them directly.
- We set credits aside. 20% of each development payment we receive from them goes into your credits.
- We build for you. Whenever you are ready, we scope and plan your project with you, as we would any project, and your credits pay for the work.
What the person you introduce gets
Your introduction should be good for them too. They work with the same team, in the same way that earned your trust:
- The solution, visualised before they pay. Then a fixed price for the agreed scope, as explained on our pricing page.
- A warranty for the agreed scope. The period and coverage are confirmed in the project agreement. See our warranty terms.
The agreement, the work and the warranty are between them and us.
Appreciation Program or agency partnership?
The Appreciation Program is for introductions where the organisation works with us directly. If you run an agency and want to keep the client relationship, with delivery under your own name, our agency partnership covers white-label development, dedicated teams and named subcontracting. In that arrangement, we never approach your clients.
The terms, in brief
- Credits come from development service payments we actually receive, not from quotes or unpaid invoices. Refunded amounts, and any part paid with Development Credits, do not add credits.
- As the program grows, we may update its terms. We will announce any change, and the date it takes effect, in advance. Changes apply only to payments received from that date, subject to any existing written agreement.
- Credits already set aside keep their value and never expire.
- Individual arrangements, including how credits are recorded and used, are confirmed in writing.
