What each role does in MineTickets
- Organisers run the booking side of a business: a venue selling admission, an event selling seats, or a clinic, spa or salon taking appointments. They create the tickets for each event, track what is available and what is booked, change bookings, manage events, payments, orders and customer records, and publish news on the booking site.
- Customers choose a ticket, seat or appointment, pay online and download the ticket as a PDF. Several tickets can arrive as one document, and a QR code can serve for entry.
