Correct text, tables and reading order
Why it matters
Fix the content that will be used in downloaded files while keeping a reset path to detection.
Before you begin: Open Review for your own document on a desktop or tablet. A page being re-run is temporarily locked.
- 1
Select and edit a block
CreatorSelect the block you want to correct. Edit its text, type or heading level. Watch the save status change from Saving to Saved.

Correct lists, tables, images and captions
Use the block’s controls to edit list items or table cells, add or remove rows and columns, mark a header row, select an image source or adjust its crop and caption.
- 3
Put content in reading order
Move blocks using drag-and-drop or the keyboard controls. Merge adjacent blocks when they belong together, split a block at the cursor, or draw a new region for missing content.
- 4
Ignore, delete or reset
Ignore keeps a block for review but leaves it out of the download. Delete removes it from the effective result. Reset block restores detection; Reset page restores the page and removes manually added blocks. Use Undo or Redo in the current browser session.
- 5
Handle a save problem
For Save failed, keep the page open and use the retry control. If another tab has changed the same block, the site reloads the block and displays a conflict message; check the latest content before editing again.
- Result to check
The corrected block shows Edited and Saved. Download uses your saved result; Ignored and deleted blocks are left out.
