Download structured data or a readable file

Why it matters

Choose the format that suits your next step and export the reviewed content.

Before you begin: Your document has at least one completed page. Open Download from Review or My documents.

    Check the review reminder

    Creator

    Read the counts of pages not yet Reviewed and blocks still needing a check. Return to Review if you want to resolve them before exporting.

    Choose a format or ZIP

    Select a single format, or ZIP with the formats to include. Only formats enabled by your site appear; ZIP needs at least one selected format.

    Choose JSON or XML for full structure; CSV for block rows; Excel for worksheets and tables; Word, HTML or PDF for a readable document. ZIP bundles selected outputs and full-resolution images.

    Download and wait if Preparing appears

    Select Download. JSON, XML and CSV download directly. Excel, Word, HTML, PDF and ZIP show Preparing while the file is created, then download automatically. For Failed, retry after reading the reason.

    Open and check the exported file

    Check your saved edits and reading order in the file. CSV flattens tables; use Excel or JSON for richer structure. Word, HTML and PDF reflow the content and do not reproduce the original page layout.

  5. Good to know
    • A generated link expires after ten minutes. Return to Download and generate a new link when needed.
    • If you leave while Preparing, the file continues to be created, but the page cannot start an automatic download; select Download again on return.
    • During a page re-run, download uses that page’s previous saved result until the new result is ready.
  6. Result to check

    Your chosen file opens successfully and contains the saved effective content. Ignored and deleted blocks are absent.
