What each role does in MineRooms
- Visitors compare branches and rooms, search availability for their dates and book a room, and look through the hotel restaurants and their menus.
- Customers follow their bookings through check-in, order food to their room, and collect and redeem loyalty points.
- Receptionists work from the room board: they check guests in and out, change room status, take walk-in and hourly bookings, handle each booking from request to checkout, and set room types and rates.
- Kitchen staff see in-room orders on the kitchen display as they arrive and move each one through preparation to delivery.
- Housekeeping takes the rooms left after checkout from the task board, cleans them and passes them for inspection.
- Admins read the occupancy and revenue reports, run promotions, promo codes, coupons and the loyalty programme, close each day with the night audit, record shift handovers, generate room QR codes and manage the restaurants.
