MineCourt User Guides by Role
A guide for each MineCourt role, from the player booking a court to the company owner, walking through the screens of the running platform.
An engineer reads it and replies within one business day.
Start with the guide for your own role. If you are looking at MineCourt for a project of your own, read the visitor guide first for the public side, then the admin guide for how the platform is set up and run.
Who MineCourt is for, where it runs and what it costs to deploy are on the MineCourt platform page. How we deploy a platform and adapt it to your organisation is set out in how a platform implementation runs.
What each role does in MineCourt
- Visitors find venues on a map or as a grid, check courts and free slots, and book a single session, the same court every week as a series, or sessions from a membership quota. The public side also sells sports products, food and drinks, and services.
- Players keep their bookings, each with a QR code for check-in, along with their store orders, memberships and notifications, and use Find Teammates to fill empty places on a court.
- Venue managers set up courts, opening hours and closures, generate booking slots, price them by day type and demand, book for walk-in customers, run the venue store with its stock and point of sale, and read the venue reports.
- Company owners add venues, assign staff to them and follow revenue across every venue, with financial reports and audit logs that cannot be edited.
- Admins onboard companies, set the platform's global settings, switch to another user's view for support, and manage interface translations and text.
Read them from the court outwards: visitor and player first, then venue manager, company owner and admin. To see MineCourt set up for your own venues, request a guided demo.
