- At the end of the install record, name who owns anything still open
- Enter “Accepted by”, press “Take the signature” and let the customer sign
- Press “Save the install record”; the visit page shows its status and defects
Only a Supervisor moves the visit to Delivered or Installed. A visit with an open defect cannot be closed.
