Products and Solutions
We offer free-of-charge products that can be used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. In addition, there are occasional improvements which include bug fixing, technical updates, or any issues that you suggest.
We also provide premium solutions that can be customized for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. These paid products are also inclusive of bug fixing, technical updates, or any issues that happened. Besides, we offer installation support per your request.
Our product life cycle depends on Drupal’s official life cycle guidance so we will offer support of one specific Drupal version to our customers as well as upgrade our product features when CMS core has been updated based on this guidance.
Thus, customers are advised to inform us in advance of their preferred Drupal version (for example 7.x, 8.x) as our policy is to support one version per one product only. If customers request to change into other versions, it would be charged as new projects.
Delivery and Payments
Themes are free, please view Warranty Policy for more usage information. By default, downloads can be delivered through unique URLs sent to your registered email address or by logging in with your valid WeebPal.com account after we have successfully received your payment.
Upon logging in with the provided credentials, you will have instant access to your products and support area. This may take up to one (01) hour but usually happens within a few minutes. If you do not receive an email after this time period, please contact our Customer Service Department.
We accept Paypal and credit & debit cards that Paypal supports, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover. AmexCash, eCheck.
We only refund for purchases consisting of technical errors caused by our product in a 30-day time manner. All cases by third-party modules or CMS base are ineligible for refund.
If you use a coupon when purchasing, you are still eligible to receive a refund if there are major issues with our products when using, not caused by third-party modules or CMS base updates.
Refunds are processed beginning 03 (three) business days after written confirmation from our Customer Service Department representative.

WeebPal offers these products “as is”, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all third-party components and plugins. Kindly refer to our support policy as below:
Warranty: We provide a warranty only for products purchased and downloaded from WeebPal.com in 01 (one) year but we cannot guarantee they will function with all third-party modules. After one year, it will become free of charge community support.
Browser Compatibility: We guarantee that Weebpal products will work with most browser combinations. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the products as they should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server.
Bugs Fixing: Our commitment is to fix any serious bugs within 24 hours after they are brought to our attention. We will also schedule smaller bugs fixes in our next update releases.
Support Hour: We can generally provide feedback on any premium support queries within 24 hours, whilst we commit to answer to free users within 72 hours.
However, we will not provide any technical support via Facebook, Twitter, or phone. We may request that you send us your login details when needed. We do not disclose customer data to any third parties so your information details remained private and confidential with us.
Support Coverage: We offer paid deployment solutions for commercial websites built in WeebPal products that need to install third-party modules. There are more than 20,000 modules (and increasing) to provide customers with all desired website features. However, our support is only limited to display configurations.
In case you install new modules after our successful deployment, please ensure that these modules are compatible with your Drupal CMS core as we are not responsible for any display issues caused by them.
To make sure that all our customers are happy, we only support small fixes and jobs. This means that 30-minute tasks are in scope. For larger and longer tasks, we'll charge some fees. But if it's our bugs or issues, it's our responsibility to fix them for you.
